Shipping and Delivery Policy

You are purchasing a digital product and will receive no physical product. As part of your package, you may receive checklists, booklets, logos, or other digital assets. These will be delivered via email or cloud storage methods.

Revision Policy

Our #1 goal is delighted customers. Therefore we are happy to make reasonable revisions in order to ensure your complete satisfaction. In most cases, customers enjoy unlimited free revisions as we revise their websites without any additional charges, provided that the theme and layout remain the same. The Turnaround Time for revision would be 48-72 hours.

We may be required to limit revisions if they are determined to be excessive or as a result of customer's unresponsiveness to information requests.

For example:

Revisions requested on a Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
Revisions requested on a Friday will be delivered by the end of the day Tuesday.

Website Delivery Policy

Websites will only be made live once all funds have been cleared. Under no condition will a website be made live if full payment has not been received.
